The quotation of our charges include the various additional charges payable to outside Agencies. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information given concerning these charges is accurate, you will appreciate that these are subject to variation over which we have no control. They will, however, be the same regardless of which solicitor you choose to act for you.

In certain cases your existing Mortgage Lender may require us to effect a telegraphic transfer to them of the monies required to redeem your mortgage. Similarly if the Seller instructs Solicitors out of the area, it may be necessary to effect a telegraphic bank transfer of the balance of the purchase price on completion. In each case this may involve an additional charge of £12.00.

In the event that your transaction does not proceed to completion we will deliver an account for work done and payments made to third parties up to the date the transaction ceases.
